Revocation and data deletion

Account owners can stop platform access immediately and ask us to remove stored integration data.

Revoke access immediately

Open the security or connected-app settings in your TikTok for Business account, locate AC2 Business Data Hub and revoke its authorization. Revocation prevents future API access even before our stored record is removed.

Request deletion from AC2 Business Hub

  1. Email [email protected] from an address associated with the business relationship.
  2. Use the subject “Advertising integration data deletion”.
  3. Include the advertiser ID, business name and the platform to disconnect. Do not send passwords, access tokens or verification codes.
  4. We will verify authority using information already available to us and acknowledge the request.

What we remove

  • Stored platform access credentials and connection state.
  • The link between the AC2 Business Hub operator record and the advertiser account.
  • Cached advertiser, campaign, creative and reporting data that is no longer required.

Timing and limited retention

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record of the request, revocation and security events where required to demonstrate compliance, prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation. Retained records are isolated from active integration data and are not used for advertising.

Confirmation

We send confirmation to the verified requester when deletion is complete or explain any information that must legally be retained and for how long.
