2. Authorized use
The private operations application is available only to authorized team members and approved business representatives. A user may connect only an advertising account they own or are expressly permitted to manage. Access may not be shared, sold, misrepresented or used to interfere with another account.
3. Platform authorization
Connections to TikTok and other advertising services use each platform's authorization process. The account owner controls the permission grant and remains responsible for complying with the platform's terms, advertising policies and account rules.
4. Submitted integration
The TikTok release submitted for review covers Business Center account provisioning, advertiser authorization, campaign and creative operations and performance reporting. Production API actions remain unavailable until TikTok grants the corresponding permissions. Features and requested permissions may change only after product testing, documentation updates and any additional platform review.
5. Security obligations
Users must protect their AC2 Business Hub account, use accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Attempts to bypass authorization, access another advertiser or misuse platform data are prohibited.
6. Availability
We work to keep the application accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the continued availability of a third-party API. Platform decisions, including account or ad review decisions, remain under the platform's control.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss arising from platform downtime, revoked access or a third-party account decision.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where necessary to protect accounts, investigate misuse or comply with law or platform requirements. An authorized user may terminate the connection and request deletion as described on our data deletion page.
